Open Source Biology

NTRPX is built in the open. Every formula, every mechanism, every clinical citation — documented transparently for the community to review, critique, and improve.
We believe the future of human optimization shouldn’t be locked behind proprietary formulas and marketing hype. NTRPX is an open source biology project — our ingredient research, formulation rationale, and system architecture are all publicly available for scrutiny and collaboration.

Why Open Source?

Transparency

No proprietary blends. No hidden doses. Every ingredient, every milligram, fully disclosed and scientifically justified.

Collaboration

The best ideas come from diverse perspectives. Scientists, biohackers, clinicians, and curious minds — all welcome.

Trust

When you can see the work, you can trust the work. Open research builds confidence in what you put in your body.

For direct contributions, fork the repo, make your changes, and submit a PR. We review all contributions carefully.

What We’re Looking For

Published studies, meta-analyses, and systematic reviews that support or challenge our ingredient choices. We prioritize human trials over animal or in-vitro data.
If we’ve misrepresented a pathway, oversimplified a mechanism, or missed an important interaction — we want to know.
Contraindications, drug interactions, or adverse effects we may have overlooked. Safety is paramount.
Novel compounds, synergistic combinations, or delivery innovations that could improve our systems.
